Have you tried a VA (Virtual Assistant)?

Lately I have been hearing about VA’s. With 37 employees, I personally have not tried one, but I think it is a great idea. LegalTypist, Inc. and Fortier Business Solutions are two that look interesting. Digital dictation, which everyone should have by now, easily is sent to these companies for typing. It sounds like a fast turn around and pretty darn affordable, especially if you factor in benefits, overtime, space in your office, etc. You can give them any tasks and they will get it done for you. I think I might try it next time my secretaries all tell me they are too busy to do something. Who knows, maybe I will start a hiring freeze and use just VA’s.
